I have a really good impressions about the DWSPW event. The software is really easy to use, much more flexible than the other I have tried. I like the easy way the non-technical user could edit something without using our support. The overall performance, our reporting and our support was really impressive too!

The online registration service offered by Rushmore suited our needs perfectly. Rushmore handled the design, construction and layout of the site once we'd provided some direction with regards to our specific content. It allowed us to focus on the finer details of the events without having to worry about managing invitations and acceptances. The email invitations and susequent invitation reminders were sent out accurately and on time, with no need for reminders from us.

The user interface was extremely easy to use and the reporting function was very useful, providing real time updates as to the status of event acceptances. In particular, the post-event feedback survey and results report were invaluable, allowing us to evaluate the success of the events. If ever we had any queries, our Rushmore account handler was always available (either online or over the phone) to answer our questions, providing an efficient and helpful service.

The registration tool is definitely time saving and keeps things very organized. Having records of activity of the registrants with regards to their RSVPs is very useful. Also, being able to click a button and pull a comprehensive report is great. The reports do pull as CVS documents not excel? That creates some issues when saving and resending the reports. But overall the registration tool is a life saver!

I find the registration tool very useful and moderately easy to use. The only reliability issue lies in whether the recipients can receive the emails regarding the registration. Some guests have spam protection on their computers which creates the need for follow up. I say moderately easy to use only because there are so many capabilities on the admin side of pulling reports that I believe I am not using the registration tool to its fullest benefit. Also, I did have trouble receiving accurate credit card information in the past.

I think that there are incidents where things are set up and are not universal - dates, phrases etc. Also, sometimes one question creates others and I think that there could be a bit more preliminary thought in whether or not the best and most useful information is being extracted when the guests are registering.

Yes, I use the registration tool not only to receive RSVPS, but also to receive detailed information with regards to flights, hotel reservations and the specific unique needs of my guests. Specific needs include dietary restrictions and mobility needs.

Yes, I pull reports weekly to provide to my end client. These reports give me the most up to date guest count and other vital information for my programs.

The live support is excellent and very helpful for the fewer computer savvy individuals like myself. If I am having particular difficulty with performing a function, I receive not only detailed instructions with photos but also a phone call to ensure that I am no longer have questions and if I do I am walked step by step through the process.
