Rushmore Desktop Tool

Rushmore Desktop Tool - an offline event database that gives you access to your guests and reports to the corresponding online event registration website.

To use Desktop Tool you should have account in one of Rushmore's products - Easy Forms, Event Registration or Managed Solution.

You can view general information and statistics about your event on the Event Information page

Add/Edit Delegates

You can add new guests to your event database or edit exisitng ones directly from your desktop. Once you are online the Desktop Tool will automatically synchronize your offine changes with the online database.

Registration History

View Recent Changes

Any new registrations and any updates submitted by your registrants on the web automatically add to the changes list. You will have emediate access to them from your desktop and will avoid login in our web registration platform.

Registration Summary

The Registration Summary window displays general statistics about guests.

Figures show the current number of guests falling under a certain Guest Status group e.g.

• Accepted - who have accepted to attend the event.
• Invited - those who have been sent an invitation to attend.
• Not responded - those who have been sent an invitation to attend, but are yet to respond.
• Declined - those who have declined to attend this event only.
• Unsubscribed - those who have requested to be removed from any future email lists.
