Basic package (A) GBP 500

The Basic package has been developed for clients who have simple registration requirements. Singular dimension answering (e.g. "Yes, I will attend"/"No, I will not attend") would be sufficient guest information. The Basic package includes personalised invitation emails (with approved text) plus a simplistic web based registration form. Reminder emails can also be sent to ensure guests remember the event and also to prompt unregistered guests who have yet to respond. Guest registrations are automatically acknowledged with a personalised confirmation email (with approved text). All aspects of a guest’s status, accepted, declined or unknown are supported by detailed web based reporting with daily service emails updating guest numbers.
